One of the services we provide (In Scotland only) is the spraying of properties with our excellent weatherproofing material. This treatment will waterproof everything from brick and render to sandstone and granite. This in turns prevents water ingress through porous stone and pointing causing significant damage to the outside, and inside of your property. This can eventually cause health issues to the occupants of the building as we have seen reported more recently on the national news channels.
In October 2025 Awaab’s law was introduced into law. This legislation named after Awaab Ishak, a two-year-old who died from mould in his home, which sets mandatory timescales for social landlords to investigate and repair hazards in tenants’ properties, including a 24-hour response for emergencies. The law aims to give tenants the right to take landlords to court for failing to meet these new repair deadlines, ensuring a higher standard of safety and habitability in social housing.
